Go to the Shopify App Store, search for Neximark, and click Install. You'll be redirected through Shopify's OAuth flow. Approve the requested permissions and you'll land in your Neximark dashboard with your store already connected — no extra configuration needed.
From Shopify App Store: your store is connected automatically after install.

Direct signup (neximark.polsia.app): go to Settings → Store Connections, click Connect Shopify, and enter your store domain (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com). Neximark requests read access to products, orders, and customers — no write access to your store data.
When installed from the Shopify App Store, billing is handled entirely through Shopify Billing — charges appear on your existing Shopify invoice. Available plans:
  • Starter — $29/mo
  • Pro — $79/mo
  • Agency — $199/mo
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Neximark Settings → Billing or from your Shopify Admin → Apps → Manage apps.
From your dashboard: Campaigns → New Campaign. Enter a subject line, choose your contact list, and click Generate with AI. Neximark writes the copy using your store's products and your brand voice. Review, edit if needed, then hit Send or Schedule. Your first campaign takes under 5 minutes.
Go to Automations in the sidebar. Choose a pre-built template (welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, win-back) or build from scratch with the visual workflow builder. Each automation triggers on events like new subscriber, cart abandonment, or purchase. Activate the workflow — it runs automatically from that point forward.
Neximark syncs: Products (title, description, price, images), Orders (status, value, customer reference), and Customers (name, email, purchase history). Sync is real-time via webhooks after install. No payment card data is ever accessed. Data is used exclusively for marketing features and is never sold to third parties.
Email privacy@neximark.polsia.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or Shopify customer ID. We process all deletion requests within 30 days, compliant with GDPR Article 17.

Shopify merchants: Shopify automatically sends mandatory customer data deletion webhooks directly to Neximark when a customer requests erasure through your store — no extra action needed on your part.
Shopify: Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Neximark → Delete. Billing stops immediately at the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reinstall, then permanently deleted.

Direct subscription: Email support@neximark.polsia.app and we'll process your cancellation within 1 business day.
Neximark uses Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp. Go to Settings → SMS & WhatsApp and enter your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and phone number. If you don't have Twilio, sign up at twilio.com (free trial available).

WhatsApp: requires a WhatsApp Business-approved number. Enable it in the same settings panel once your Twilio number is WhatsApp-enabled.
  1. Go to Settings → Store Connections and check the connection status.
  2. If Connected, click Sync Now to trigger a manual refresh.
  3. If the status shows an error, disconnect and reconnect your store.
  4. Still not working? Email support@neximark.polsia.app with your store domain — we'll investigate within 24 hours.
Yes. Neximark works as a standalone marketing platform for any small business. Sign up at neximark.polsia.app, upload contacts via CSV, and use all features — email campaigns, landing pages, social posts, SEO audits, website builder — without a Shopify connection.
AI usage (campaign generation, social posts, SEO audits, etc.) is tracked per billing period:
  • Starter — 50 AI generations/month
  • Pro — 200 AI generations/month
  • Agency — Unlimited
Check current usage under Settings → Billing. Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
